The goal of the project
It was necessary to develop a system for managing electronic wallets and virtual currencies, intended for both end users and employees within the company. My task was to design the UX/UI solution for the administrative panel that allows monitoring of transactions, managing accounts, as well as access rights for employees.

Challenges in working on the project
One of the main challenges was displaying a large number of transactions in real-time, without compromising the clarity of the dashboard. The solution was the introduction of a compact real-time feed on the homepage, which displays all incoming and outgoing transactions.
Additionally, colors and icons were used to clearly denote the types of transactions, while tables received visual labels and hierarchy, allowing operators a quick insight into the status of each item without extra clicking.
The second challenge related to the navigation menu. Since the company employs a unique visual identity for all its programs, it was necessary to maintain the style and color palette while still visually distinguishing this system from other internal applications. The solution was found through positioning the menu at the top of the screen, unlike other programs that use side navigation. This way, we maintained consistency in style while achieving the necessary visual distinction. The menu was designed to be discreet, yet always accessible, without taking up unnecessary space. Attention was also paid to ensure everything was marked with colors (if a Verified account has a green badge, the table in the navigation menu must also contain the green word Verified) to speed up and facilitate the multitasking of operators.

As with most financial applications, one of the biggest challenges was to align the client's requirements with legal regulations. Through intensive collaboration with sector directors, the legal team, project managers, and regulatory bodies, we achieved a solution that simultaneously meets the client's business goals and fulfills all legal requirements.
Research, planning, and design process
Research and Understanding of Business Needs – through meetings with the client team, we identified key functionalities and user flows.
Wireframe and Information Structure – wireframes were created for the main pages: dashboard, transaction overview, account administration, and adding new users.
UI Design – I focused on a clear visual hierarchy, tabular displays with advanced filters, and the introduction of a notification system for important states and errors.
Iterations and Validation – the design was revised multiple times in collaboration with the client team and adapted to feedback to meet business and user goals.
The final solution enables efficient administration and complete control over the virtual currency system. The interface is designed to support the daily operations of employees, reduce errors, and increase the speed of task execution. Through a modular approach, the system is easily expandable and adaptable to the future needs of the client.
